**Job Title: Material Handler Forklift** **Job Description** We're looking for reliable and experienced **Warehouse Forklift Operators** to support our warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, you'll operate equipment, assist with logistics, and help guide a team. Your role will include utilizing an RF scan gun, assisting operators with materials as needed, inspecting inbound and outbound products, and using the internal shipping system. You will also act as the team within the warehouse, overseeing a team of employees with out direct management responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** + Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials safely and efficiently. + Use an RF scan gun to track inventory and shipments. + Load and unload trailers in the warehouse. + Assist machine operators by delivering materials as needed. + Utilize our internal shipping system to process orders. + Inspect inbound and outbound products for quality and accuracy. + Act as a team lead - supporting and guiding warehouse staff to maintain workflow and safety. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + 6+ months of manufacturing/production experience. + 1+ years of Forklift experience. **What You Bring:** + Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift. + Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse inventory systems. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Leadership qualities - able to motivate and support others without formal supervisory duties. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental, vision, and health insurance. The environment is very clean and temperature-controlled, adhering to GMP guidelines. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, long pants (jeans or khakis), and a t-shirt. Employees are provided with ear plugs, hair nets, and other safety gear. The work shifts available are 1st shift from 6am to 2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm to 10pm.
