Material Handler | $18–$22/hr | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM What Matters Most:Hourly wage: $18–$22, depending on skills and experienceFull-time, day shift—Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMLocation: Dallas, TXOperate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inventory using ERP and scanners, and maintain accuracy in shipping and receiving operations Job Description:The Material Handler will operate forklifts to move materials to production or shipping teams, fulfill inventory pulls, and ensure accurate counts via ERP systems and scanners. You’ll troubleshoot discrepancies and assist with both manual and machinery-assisted material movement—with careful attention to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:Operate a forklift to move parts and materials for production and shippingValidate inventory counts and correct inaccuraciesUse pallet jacks and physically move items when necessaryScan and record inventory movement accurately via ERP systemsRegularly lift items weighing 50 lbs or moreApply a safety-first approach at all timesSuggest and help implement process improvements Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experienceAt least 2 years’ experience in shipping and receivingProficient with SAP and ERP data entry systemsWillingness and ability to obtain required equipment certificationsStrong commitment to safety protocolsPositive attitude with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement Your New Organization:Company specializes in designing, engineering, and manufacturing standard and custom electrical enclosures. The base pay range for this position is $18-22/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
