Pay of $19.00 per hour Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Attendance bonus 401(k) plan On-the-job training Temp-to-hire opportunity What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience as a Material Handler, with RF scanner experience Prior forklift experience (Stand-up/Cherry Picker and Sit-down preferred) Forklift license (preferred) Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8 AM – 8 PM or 8 PM – 8 AM) on a 2x2, 2x3 rotating schedule Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read, write, and understand English Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team Able to work in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Do as a Material Handler: Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and storing materials and recording inventory locations Pull and verify materials and supplies for production orders Deliver materials to work centers and maintain in-process inventory Record delivered materials and their locations Handle credit-return materials by verifying and restocking Prepare finished goods for shipment: identify, pack, crate, load, and secure Document all product shipments Perform pre-use inspections and minor repairs on material-handling equipment Support overall team goals and complete other duties as assigned
