Are you ready to join a team where your hard work directly supports production success? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Handler for our client in Spring City, PA. This is a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity with the chance to grow into a long-term role—no interview required. Start as soon as onboarding is complete.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials and finished products move seamlessly through the machine shop and into customer-ready shipments. Your responsibilities will include:

Safely delivering material to various machine shop cells.

Gathering and moving finished products to staging areas or secondary operations.

Packaging products in boxes, crates, or skids according to routing instructions.

Securing packages with corner protectors and banding when required.

Recording part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, and weights on shipments.

Moving materials with forklifts or pallet jacks.

Using a jib crane to lift and package products weighing over 75 pounds.

Qualifications:

Required:

Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and packaging heavy products (over 75 lbs with assistance).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling, handling, and documentation.

Dependability and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling role.

Knowledge of packaging standards and handling heavy equipment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
