STS Technical Services is hiring a Material Handler to support production operations for a growing manufacturer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a company that values reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: Implement improvement projects at department locations with guidance from the supervisor Help create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for preproduction and material handling operations Perform audits of department areas, operations, and inventory records Work with vendors to coordinate the delivery of materials and address discrepancies Help coordinate the flow of material between company production facilities and warehouses Proactively identify and resolve material issues with projects in production Schedule preproduction assembly work to align with master schedule priorities and dates Work with Purchasing to source material for projects Work with shop floor personnel to ensure that projects are being completed according to schedule Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3+ years’ work experience or a college degree in a relevant field Experience in the electrical material supply chain preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle (travel between facilities required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to work in a team environment or solo interchangeably About STS Technical Services:
