Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking and packing parts and pieces within a dynamic warehouse environment.

$20/hr to get started

ResponsibilitiesPick and pack various parts and pieces accurately and efficiently.Operate equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.Ensure safe handling and storage of materials within the warehouse.Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in picking and packing tasks.Experience with general labor and inventory management.Ability to operate forklifts and RF scanners.Familiarity with material handling and production processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or general labor industry.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is set in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment that can be dusty and hot during the summer months, with occasional paint fumes. The paint department consists of a team of 260 employees. The dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt, with PPE such as hard hats, eye protection, vests, and ear plugs provided. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7am-3:30pm with potential Overtime after the shift and the occasional Satureday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
