The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. This role involves handling, moving, and packing materials efficiently while adhering to safety standards. **What You’ll Do:** + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. + Handle materials safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. + Read and interpret safety rules and equipment operating instructions. + Follow written and oral instructions accurately. + Perform packing duties with attention to detail. + Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. **What We’re Looking For:** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. **This job requires the ability to:** + Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands. + Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly. + Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb. + Visual acuity for close work and ability to adjust focus. + Work in an open-door warehouse environment with high temperatures. + Exposure to solvents, fumes, heat, and odors typical of an auto assembly plant. **Ready to get started?** Apply now and take the next step in your career with Adecco. **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
