We are currently seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Machine Operators / Material Handlers. This hands-on role involves operating machinery or handling materials in a fast-paced production environment. _Steel toe shoes are required due to the nature of the work._ **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment safely and efficiently following Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. 2. Handle physical loading and unloading of materials and products as needed. 3. Operate material handling equipment and/or production equipment as directed. 4. Follow all safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 5. Inspect products visually to ensure they meet quality standards. 6. Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties to maintain a clean and safe work area. 7. Load and unload raw materials and finished products. 8. Follow site-specific rules, procedures, and supervisor directions at all times. **Requirements:** + **Steel toe shoes** are required for all shifts. + Prior experience operating machinery or material handling equipment is a plus but not required. + Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods. + Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail. + Willingness to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. **Work Environment:** + Indoor and outdoor work conditions depending on assignment. + Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
