Our client, a leading player in the warehousing and logistics industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material. Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with company policy and procedure. Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle. Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety while assisting co-workers in servicing customers.

What's Needed?

1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience. Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred. Valid driver's license. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
