Position: Material Handling Agent Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm Compensation: $23 per hour The Material Handler will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations for key accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping/receiving and utilizing warehouse software such as Warehouse Management System, ERP, and/or Inventory Management System. Core Responsibilities & Duties: + Process all aspects of materials (Pick, Pack, QC, & Ship) + Assist with Inventory Cycle Counts as required. + Complete daily forklift checklist + Follow all procedures (work instructions, training, etc.), policies, processes, and customer profiles appropriately without making exceptions. + Assist in the resolution of all inbound and outbound discrepancies. + Provide prompt and accurate customer service, assuring customer satisfaction. + Arrange and maintain filing and recording systems. + Documents and records monthly activities for period-end reporting. + Inspect freights and follows appropriate reporting procedures. + Forklift movement and shrink-wrapping of pallets. + Overall general upkeep of warehouse and ensure warehouse safety. + Complete 5s daily each week + Additional responsibilities as assigned.
