Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift Operator
Pay: $20/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team in Biddeford, ME. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay and a stable Monday through Friday schedule.
  Key Responsibilities: Safely unload raw materials from supplier trucks Receive and verify sheet materials against packing slips for accuracy and condition Tag sheet pallets with barcoded labels for tracking and traceability Organize and store materials using barcode scanning for inventory accuracy Locate and deliver materials to work centers as needed for production Maintain clean and organized stock racks and shop floor by consolidating materials Perform pre-use inspections and general maintenance on material-handling equipment Support inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and collaborating with buyers Assist with forklift evaluations and safety observations Manage scrap, trash, recycling, and pallet inventories Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production goals
  Qualifications: Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred) Familiarity with inventory systems and barcode scanning Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
