Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Material Coordinator to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct inventory of stored materials and reports deterioration/ damageRemove and issue material from storage and prepare for shipmentPerform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipmentPerform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrance due to weather or physical location and conditions.Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to perform assigned dutiesHousekeeping, inventory control and other pertinent coverage.Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine products, materials, and actions necessary to ensure the availability of sufficient materials and hardware to meet schedulesIdentify, investigate, analyze and determine best solutions and coordinates the resolution of problems to ensure
adherence to quality standards, schedules and budgets for material costOccasionally perform in-depth analysis of complex problems related to material requirement, inventories, schedules and configuration control

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability.1+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management systemAbility to obtain and/or already possess a forklift operator certificationExperience using a computer to complete work-related activitiesAbility to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Able to use warehouse equipmentAble to use a 2-person lift for weights greater than 50lbs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Starting Pay Rate: $52,000 / $25.00 per hour
