Minimum Requirements:

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor. Experience working in a UAW or other unionized environment. Experience in warehouse, distribution, or production operations. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP/EWM. Knowledge of payroll systems.Work Environment & Schedule: This is a full-time, onsite position requiring significant flexibility. The role demands the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and most holidays. Overtime may be required and is eligible for pay in accordance with company policy (including holiday overtime). There is no option for remote or hybrid work for this position.

What you'll do…
Lead, coach, and direct a team of UAW-represented employees across various warehouse functions including Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team and operational performance. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of employee time worked and absences in accordance with company policy and collective bargaining agreements. Drive the achievement of critical operational objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, and Absenteeism within established timelines. Engage proactively with key stakeholders, including suppliers, LTL carriers, and DDS carriers to support objective delivery. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Effectively manage personal behaviors and hold the hourly workforce accountable to established processes and standards.
