About the role:

As Masterplanner, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring raw and packaging materials are planned and purchased on time. You’ll optimize inventory levels, balance service and cost, and drive continuous improvement across our planning processes in South East Europe.
 

Key responsibilities:

Lead supply chain planning for raw and packaging materials across local plants. Generate feasible supply plans aligned with business goals and demand forecasts. Define and update planning parameters (stock levels, service levels, inventory policies). Facilitate scenario planning and communicate constraints and alternatives. Build simulation systems and analyze stock levels and KPIs. Make trade-off decisions between customer service, inventory, and production capacity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN/Six Sigma/TPM methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align plans and priorities. Report on planning performance and utilize SAP PP/MM modules for optimization. 

 

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, production, logistics, or project management. Experience in both production and distribution environments. Advanced knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules. Strong command of MS Office and continuous improvement tools. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of inward processing and free trade zone operations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset.
