Master Trainer

**DESCRIPTION**
The Master Trainer will work with direct reports to plan, design, develop, deliver, and manage training content, tools, and processes for program retailers as well as both new hires and existing sales team members. The role will also monitor effectiveness against business objectives; analyze and report on ROI, and conduct market visits to assess and coach to performance opportunities in concert with region leadership. This position will work closely with the Director of Client Services, Account Manager, Learning Services Department, Field Team Leadership, and the Client’s training department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with internal team to perform needs assessments; identify potential skillset/knowledge gaps
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to build training plans. Prioritize, develop and/or update, implement and administrate program learning, and development engaging curricula and tools; includes new hire and existing employee learning as well as on-going development
+ Responsible for incorporating creative strategies that include experiential, challenge based, and action learning opportunities to ensure successful job performance. Create engaging learning environments and content for both in-person and e-learning settings
+ Manage multiple complex learning projects simultaneously; establish project timelines and deploy resources based on capability and capacity, while ensuring effective utilization of defined training budget
+ Monitor and measure performance and effectiveness of training programs. Compare results against expected business objectives. Analyze and report on ROI
+ Participate on National Field Calls and deliver in-person training at various events and meetings throughout the year to ensure consistency in content/message across all markets
+ Assess existing training content/tools as well as delivery methods and systems

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Work Experience Requirements**
+ 3–5 years’ experience or equivalent demonstrated success in a training, leadership, and/or operational role
+ 3–5 years manager/supervisor experience a plus

+ Advance communication and presentation skills
+ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
+ Excellent people skills; relationship building, influential, motivational
+ Superior multi-tasking abilities; willingness to dive in wherever needed while still keeping assigned projects on track
+ Adept at reprioritizing tasks based on immediate business needs
+ Ability to apply a consultative approach when working with key stakeholders and business executives
+ Documented experience working with diverse audiences including a remote field team
+ Ability to excel in both a leadership role as well as an individual contributor
