Master Solution Architect
_Are you ready to join a growing team?_ **CTG is seeking to fill a Master Solution Architect opening for our client in New York.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Master Solution Architect to lead strategic initiatives across a technology portfolio with a strong emphasis on Identity and Fraud solutions within the financial services sector. This position plays a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide architecture and guiding technology investments, aligning with both business goals and IT governance. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Define and communicate the strategic technology vision for the enterprise + Architect and design end-to-end solutions in alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles + Guide technology solution development and ensure adherence to architecture standards + Lead creation and enforcement of enterprise technology standards and governance + Evaluate proposed solutions for quality and compliance, ensuring alignment to cybersecurity, risk, and regulatory requirements + Mentor and guide other architects and technical team members **Scope of Responsibilities:** + Develop conceptual, logical, and physical solution architectures for high-impact initiatives + Partner with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions + Shape and support enterprise architecture governance processes + Monitor emerging technologies and assess their applicability to business needs + Collaborate with domain-specific architects to integrate architecture across dependent products + Leverage industry best practices and frameworks in Fraud, Identity, and cybersecurity to design robust solutions **Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:** + Provide architectural mentorship to junior and mid-level architects + Lead cross-project architectural reviews and technical issue resolution + Contribute to organizational architecture capability maturity and standardization **Education and Experience Required:** + Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 years’ higher education and/or relevant experience + Proven expertise in: + Identity and Fraud domains (Login Fraud, Transaction Fraud, Fraud Products) + Enterprise and solution architecture within the financial industry + Solution design aligning with architecture principles and risk frameworks + Software/service engineering and multiple programming languages + Strong experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders and leading enterprise initiatives **Education and Experience Preferred:** + Graduate degree in a technical discipline + Experience in enterprise delivery and architecture strategy + Proven experience with Agile delivery environments + Industry-recognized certifications in cloud, programming languages, and architectural domains + Experience presenting at technical or industry conferences + Prior work experience in financial services or banking environments Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $57.19 to $95.31/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
