The Master Scheduler will be the single point of contact for fulfilling all instrument shipments. Master Scheduler will work closely with global MFG Plants, Sales, Service, Warehouse, Marketing, and Finance teams to coordinate instrument shipments from the point of instruments being forecasted until the instruments have shipped. Responsible for creating build plans each quarter based on sales forecasts and also for achieving continued reduction in PSI inventory levels month to month.
This position reports to the Materials Supervisor and is part of the Supply chain and Logistics located in San Jose, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate and lead communication with global teams to meet instrument order and demand fulfillmentLead PSI meetings with production and sales leaders and attend PSI-related production meetings and Sales forecast meetingsRespond to emails sent to company’s general “Planning” mailboxOwn OEM 13 Week Build Plan. Responsible to run OTD (On Time Delivery) report weekly and monthly, generate monthly reports (PSI-related, Past Due, Shippable Backlog, Shipments, OTD, etc.), run Daily Order Status meeting, for instrument and service demand, during month endsMaintain file of instruments shipping each month; to be reviewed during daily stand-up meeting and also track destination orders each month to ensure arrival on time for revenue recognition.The essential requirements of the job include

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
