Responsibility + Execute and manage material requirements planning (MRP) using APO/SAP for raw materials and buy/resell finished goods. + Ensure material availability in alignment with forecasted demand and production plans across the supply chain. + Create and manage purchase requisitions generated by the system for raw materials and buy/resell products. + Oversee the end-to-end procurement process to support production schedules. + Regularly review and maintain safety stock levels and days of supply to support customer service levels and minimize excess inventory. + Manage and take action on slow-moving, blocked, obsolete, and excess inventory, including redeployment or scrapping when needed. + Monitor system alerts and shortage reports daily to ensure proactive risk management. + Identify and escalate any potential "at-risk" inventory to the Supply Chain Analyst for early resolution. + Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, and Quality to ensure smooth material flow and stock accuracy. + Coordinate with global and regional teams for alignment on material supply and risk mitigation. + Assist management to achieve SCM KPI in daily operation. + Communicate and cooperation with intercompany and 3rd party suppliers as daily basis for the fulfillment of customer's orders. + Develop and maintain the production planning work related SOPs and document in timely manner. + Monitor shipments, assuring that production is achieving 100% on time in full delivery. + Determine the need for expediting and complete form for approval. + Good understanding on SAP Master data.
