**Description** MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our NDT lab operations. This role is essential in managing workflow through our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring accurate job tracking, invoicing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PDF tools. **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:** **Key Responsibilities:** + LIMS System Management: + Input and manage purchase orders and job travelers in the LIMS system. + Track job progress and ensure accurate data entry for each stage of the testing process. + Generate and distribute job documentation and reports through the LIMS. **Invoicing & Coordination:** + Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of completed jobs. + Verify job completion and documentation before initiating billing. + Maintain records of invoiced jobs and follow up on discrepancies. **Reporting & Documentation:** + Create and maintain ad-hoc reports for internal tracking and customer communication. + Compile and format reports using Excel and PDF tools. + Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and compliant with industry standards. **Customer & Team Support:** + Provide administrative support to technicians and supervisors as needed. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** • High School Diploma minimum. • General mathematical knowledge is required. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word or similar programs. • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \#LI-KM1 Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
