Job Description
Position Summary:
The Master Scheduler leads, and controlling the monthly master schedule, working with Demand Managers and Production Control Analysts to coordinate manufacturing plans that meet our global goals, reporting to Latam MPS Manager
Your Responsibilities:
You will manage stock transport orders between the plant and distribution centers.Collaborate with Demand Managers to determine the proper mix of products and support material planning for new product introductions.You will work with Production & Inventory Control Managers to manage short-term and long-term capacities.Coordinate manufacturing orders based on material and capacity availability.Manage global finished goods inventory levels.Develop and provide a monthly updated supply plan.You will collaborate with finance to understand the impact of master scheduling on plant financials.You will monitor and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of master schedules.Work with supply chain partners to improve.The essentials:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent.Minimum of three years of experience manufacturing scheduling, product forecasting, master scheduling, asset management, or shipment forecasting.Collaborate across multiple disciplines.Team leader, comfortable leading and multicultural teams.Driven, and enthusiastic about new opportunities.Well-rounded knowledge in supply chain, materials logistics.And project management skills.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
APICS – CPIM certification.SAP experience.Travel:
Limited travel to U.S. and international Rockwell Automation locations may be required.What we offer:
