Our Opportunity      

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Master Planner to join our dynamic team in our Under Water Systems (UWS) business unit within Thales. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring material planning activities aligned with production and repair demands.

You will play a key part in ensuring seamless flow of materials to support our manufacturing objectives, driving efficiency and maintaining operational excellence.

Key tasks/Responsibilities:   

Ensure consistency between the production plan and the demand plan. Validating and approving demand requests before loading into ERP system.

Coordinate root cause analysis (in collaboration with APRU Managers) in the event of deviations from the plan.

Creation and maintenance of Master Production Schedule (MPS) which supports the availability of materials required and ensures that the production rate is aligned with manufacturing capacity

Verify that the industrial organisation can meet demand, Reviewing lead time infringement and capacity requirements in support of above.

About You 

We are seeking an individual with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive and analytical mindset, focused on problem solving and continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will also bring strong proficiency in computer systems and applications.
