**Job Summary:**
The OC Master Planner is responsible for developing and managing production plans for Oral Care Finishing lines. The role analyzes key variables and constraints that impact the production process, aligning planning with SNP, export regions, and Net Ops for new product introductions. This position collaborates cross-functionally, balancing supplier capacities, manufacturing, and inventory objectives to enable optimal service levels and productivity.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, manage, and adjust production plans for Oral Care Finishing lines, ensuring alignment with company requirements and constraints.
+ Coordinate and monitor the execution of new projects and promotional activities, working closely with Demand Planning, SNP, Packaging, Quality, and Network Operations.
+ Utilize company planning systems (SAP/S4, APO/PPDS) to oversee production schedules and net requirements for finished products.
+ Identify and balance internal and external production constraints, including supplier capacity, manufacturing hours, and vertical integration challenges.
+ Collaborate with SNP to establish and maintain optimal inventory levels, supporting service level goals and efficient cost management.
+ Participate in E2E team meetings to monitor service levels and proactively address issues to achieve company objectives.
+ Conduct operational meetings with third-party providers to track, control, and expedite production execution.
+ Monitor and report on SD&S KPIs such as Case Fill, Schedule Adherence, Inventory, and On-Time & Complete metrics.
+ Ensure compliance with Colgate’s FP&R Planning Standard and the attainment of 100% System-Driven Planning expectations, including segmentation and master data audits.
+ Drive continuous improvement in production planning processes to overcome constraints and enhance productivity.
+ Provide clear communication and leadership when engaging with all stakeholders to resolve challenges, particularly related to planning changes and balancing inputs from demand, formulation, packaging, and raw material supply.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
+ Proficiency in English (Intermediate to Advanced).
+ Working knowledge of SAP (including APO/PPDS).
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ At least 1 year of experience in a materials planner or similar supply chain planning position.
+ Expertise in spreadsheet applications.
+ Experience and/or knowledge in strategic production planning management.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead changes and influence decisions across departments.
