Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a sales department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department. **Your role and responsibilities** Who are we looking for? You’ll help them innovate with GenAI, automate business processes, and scale with hybrid cloud solutions - all while developing your own expertise across key IBM and Red Hat technologies. Your Impact In this client-facing, technology-driven role, you'll be instrumental in enabling our partners to bring the power of AI and automation to life for their clients. You’ll support the development of joint go-to-market strategies, co-create solutions using IBM’s watsonx platform and Red Hat OpenShift, and help partners build the capabilities needed to lead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. What You'll Do: • Guide and support IBM Business Partners in their AI and hybrid cloud journeys, from initial enablement to joint solution design. • Collaborate on partner marketing campaigns and events to identify new opportunities and business growth areas. • Create compelling sales presentations and product demos, especially around GenAI use cases in sales, marketing, and operations. • Work independently with assigned partners, serving as a trusted advisor on IBM technology and the evolving AI market. • Contribute to strategic business planning efforts and partner education initiatives to build future-ready capabilities. What You Bring: • A completed Bachelor’s degree (by September 2025) in IT, Management, Data Science, or a related field, with a plan to pursue a Master’s degree at a Swiss university starting autumn 2025. • Curiosity and passion for AI, data, and automation, with a strong desire to work on next-gen enterprise technologies. • A self-starter mindset with problem-solving skills, independence, and resilience. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Flexibility to travel across the D-A-CH region as needed. This job is only for candidates who will have finished their Bachelor studies by September 2025 (or earlier) and plan to start with a Master's Degree in autumn 2025 (Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).
