**Job Description:**
Highly accomplished and results-oriented Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations, M&A integration, process improvement and program management, HR communications. Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize HR strategies that drive organizational efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support business objectives. Adept at navigating complex organizational changes, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging technology to streamline HR functions. Seeking to leverage expertise in a dynamic environment to contribute to a company's continued growth and success.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Lead the successful integration of HR operations for acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and minimal disruption to business continuity.
+ Design and implement new and existing HR processes, resulting in an increase in efficiency and effectiveness
+ Manage the full lifecycle of HR programs, from conceptualization to post-implementation review.
+ Develop and maintain HR operational dashboards and metrics, providing key insights to leadership and informing data-driven decision-making.
+ Lead HR initiatives across various departments, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and achieving shared objectives.
+ Collaborate on global HR comms & employee enablement strategy.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of related experience in HR, program management, HRIS, M&A.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience supporting organizational change.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
+ Strong interpersonal, collaboration. and stakeholder management skills.
**Additional Job Description:**
The annual base salary range for this position is $142,500 - $228,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
