Master Industrial Electrician – $39.62 per hour – Plover, WI

Silgan Containers is hiring a full-time Entry Level Industrial Electrician for our Plover, Wisconsin plant. This is the perfect opportunity for electricians with some experience or a technical degree who want to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Schedule

Master Electrician pay: $39.62 per hour12 hour rotating shifts, 4 to 5 days on and 4 to 5 days offRotate between days and nights each monthFull work schedule for the entire year provided on day one

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systemsMentor entry level and journeyman electriciansOversee PLC programming and work with Allen Bradley systemsEnsure all electrical work meets safety and compliance standardsPlan and implement preventative maintenance strategies

Requirements

Five or more years of industrial electrician experienceAdvanced knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systemsAbility to lead and train other electriciansStrong focus on workplace safety and compliance
