JOB SUMMARY: The Master Electrician is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for overseeing and executing all electrical work related to the console building of high-end pontoon boats. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and boat construction techniques. The Master Electrician will also play a key role in training and mentoring other team members to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : · Play an active role in promoting positive employee relations and engagement · Actively support and participate in a culture of safety and continuous improvement within assigned facilities · Lead and perform complex electrical assembly tasks, including wiring and installing electronic components in boat consoles. · Interpret and execute designs from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications. · Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in boat consoles. · Conduct quality checks to ensure the electrical systems' functionality and adherence to safety standards. · Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. · Train, coach, and mentor other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. · Collaborate with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and functional support to achieve daily work targets. · Adapt to changes in responsibility, processes, procedures, or work schedules as needed.
