We provide technology solutions and business services, including finance, accounting, legal, benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury, and risk management. **Overview** We are looking for a Master Data Team Leader with extensive experience in managing master data transitions and validations across various ERP systems including SAP. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing global master data processes, performing UAT testing, and ensuring data integrity during ERP migrations. This candidate should also be capable to Lead local MDM team and provide support to local team members on complex/non standard Master Data requests. **Responsibilities** + Lead major master data transition projects, ensuring smooth execution over virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams. + Perform thorough validation of vendor details including name, tax IDs, bank documents, and authorization signatures across various countries. + Create and modify master data entries in SAP including 3 rd party partners and Intercompany relationships. + Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data migration and oversee the setup and modification of business partner hierarchies. + Resolve complex master data queries from stakeholders. + Participate in and contribute to stakeholder calls, manage internal audits, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and other regulatory standards. + Train new joiners and existing team members on master data management processes and ERP systems. + Lead quality checks and reviews for vendor setups and modifications, maintaining high standards for data accuracy and consistency. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in master data management, particularly in a multinational business environment. + Proficient in SAP ERP systems, with strong knowledge of T-codes and data management tools. + Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of leading teams and projects virtually. + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Experience in managing transitions and validations involving complex data sets and diverse stakeholder groups. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with ERP migrations and integrations, particularly involving SAP. + Knowledge of additional ERP systems like Media Ocean, Advertmind, Maconomy is highly advantageous. + Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. **Additional information** + Employment contract + Modern office in a business district of Lublin + Private medical care + Cofinancing of the MultiSport card + Cofinancing of leisure time + Opportunity for professional development + International cooperation + Culture of dialogue and openness to initiative + Friendly working atmosphere + Work-life balance + No dress code
