Master Data Specialist

As a **Master Data Management Specialist** , you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and governance of our master data in SAP. You will lead data collection, validation, transformation, and upload activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure global data standards are met. **What you will do** + **Drive data quality and governance:** Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of SAP master data across systems. + **Lead data preparation and upload:** Manage collection, validation, transformation, and mass uploads (Winshuttle), while troubleshooting errors and monitoring success. + **Collaborate cross-functionally:** Act as a key coordinator with local data owners, technical teams, and global functions to ensure timely and accurate setup. + **Maintain and improve processes:** Create and maintain SAP specifications, procedures, and work instructions; propose corrective actions where needed. + **Support business operations:** Provide first-line support during go-lives, conduct training for end users and key users, and support UAT, integration testing, and system enhancements. + **Ensure compliance:** Document versions of working files, align with global standards, and update data according to project timelines and procedures. **What you need** + Degree in logistics, business, IT, or a related field. + Strong proficiency in **SAP** (master data-related modules). + Advanced skills in **MS Excel** (functions, formatting, validation). + Very good English skills; Polish language knowledge preferred. + Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. + High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. + Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
