Job Summary:

As a Master Data Specialist specializing in Material Creation and Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the completeness and consistency of material data within our organization. Your attention to detail and willingness to learn will be essential in handling the creation, completion, and maintenance of materials to support our business operations effectively. Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders you will gather data and inputs and ensure a high level of data accuracy and integrity.

Principal Responsibilities:

The creation and maintenance of material data in our systems, adhering to established data management processes and standards.Ensure that all material records are completed with accurate and up-to-date information, including ordering information, pricing, and availability.Validate data accuracy in line with business rules and query any discrepancies promptly.Collaborate with the procurement team specialist to ensure material data aligns with pricing, lead times, and other supplier information.Ensure the timely creation and maintenance of materials.Follow data management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Report on your ongoing requests with open and honest communication to requesters and stakeholders.You will be expected under instruction to support other specialist teams during high workload situations.

Job Level Specifications:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and energetic person with a passion for data management. Your strong organizational skills will allow you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to collaborate with team members and partners will be crucial in gathering data requirements and aligning material data with business needs.

Work Experience:

Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
