The Master Data Operator assists with the daily entering and updating of orders along with supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities while working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service. Typical activities are order processing, order maintenance, order updates, and assisting customers with related issues to include sales and problem resolution. The Master Data Operator will be directly responsible for participating in Customer Care ensuring that James Martin Vanities customers are afforded the best possible service, while supporting business and sales initiatives through effective and efficient performance of self.

The Master Data Operator will interact with various Managers from all other department groups to ensure order fulfillment needs are met. The Master Data Operator reports to the Customer Success Manager of James Martin Vanities.

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in South Bend, IN, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

Check and respond to emails from customers regarding new POs receivedEntering of new ordersFreight quote provisionCommunicate with customers regarding a variety of needsETAs, discrepancies, order status, cancellations, order updates, etc.Processing of paymentsUpdating and maintenance of current ordersMaintain files and accurate records as requiredMaintain exceptional customer and sales relationsAnswer incoming customer communicationsAny additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

2+ years of data entry, or similar experienceAttention to detail and ability to work efficiently with accuracyPrior Customer Care experience is strongly preferredAbility to embrace changeAbility to organize, prioritize, and multi-taskKnowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Industry experience and market knowledge are preferred

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$15.00 - $19.04

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
