Key Responsibilities
Directly support the businesses and central team with the Supplier Compliancy Data Quality Improvements initiative
Be part of a data quality improvement processHave a real feedback of the target process with exchanges among all involved for data collectionTest and adjust the way of collecting dataDay to day management of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team
Manage in accordance with the Group role out plan the initiation of contacts within the businessManage all tickets raised in regards to new supplier set up / data changes/ deletion etc as required in accordance with agreed SLAs between the business and TBSSSupport Interface developmentSupport future ERP functionality impact analysis reviews in regards to e-ACQTBSS Process Improvement plan
Process Reviews - deliver process improvements within the TBSS organization focusing on standardisation and automation of key processes ensuring quality of service to internal customers is still maintained.Skills & Experience
1 year of experience in master data management and data quality is preferred;Expert Knowledge of the following IS Applications: ORACLE Financials, SQL, MS Office including MS Access, SAP Financials all modules, E-ACQ application;User Experience of the following: Cartesis - Magnitude, Visual Basic, Cognos TM1, CashPooler interfaces, Diapason interfaces, Readsoft use and integration (or similar OCRs), Knowledge of other ERPS;Excellent planning and organising skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the analysis and interpretation of data with the capacity to devise and implement solutions.Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to meet tight deadlinesValues & Behaviours
