As an MDM Senior Process Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our global operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of master data that powers our business. What will you be doing?
You’ll be part of the Customer and Vendor Centre of Excellence team, supporting global vendor and customer master data processes. Your day will involve:
Processing master data requests across ERP systems (SAP, Axapta) and workflow tools
Creating and maintaining Winshuttle scripts for automation and performing mass uploads
Mapping SAP vendors with Ariba and supporting data migration from legacy systems
Coordinating and resolving data conflicts, generating reports, and participating in harmonisation workshops
Ensuring data governance and integrity, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and supporting training initiatives
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and accurate data operations across the organisation.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being detail-oriented, tech-savvy and a great communicator.
Bring at least 3 years of experience in MDM, ideally in a global environment with vendor and customer master data
Demonstrate strong skills in SAP, including mass uploads and script development
Show a solid understanding of data management principles and governance
Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Be flexible to work shifts aligned with US hours if needed
Have advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
Be comfortable working in a distributed team and contributing to international projects
