Master Data Management (MDM) Supervisor
Overall Role Purpose:Responsible for timely processing of customer records & update requests in DHL systems, owner of country/regional/global projects relating to customer data and leading the CMF Assistant in achieving results.The position is expected to work together with the following departments to agree on solutions that meet customer update requirements-improve turnaround times and minimize rejects. The incumbent will also assist to align these requirements with standard/core processes at all times, compliance to Global/ Regional CMF policy, pricing policy, billing/ credit policy, ISO documentation.Credit Control TeamRegional OfficeStations in the region and network.IS Department.Operations and Customer Service Departments.Sales DepartmentAPFSSC CMF and CB team(s) on a/c updates.HUB clearance TeamResponsible in System Audit Function to ensure SSC and local MDM is GSOP and OTC compliance-(i.e. CRISP/Any Audits).Lead new Regional/Global initiatives and projects as needed.Support Credit Scoring task.Ensure all new account opening requests from Sales are validated and approved for update in DHL system(s) promptly.Ensure all customer update requests from Sales and Non-Sales teams are validated and approved for update in DHL system(s) promptly.Log all defective submissions complete with reasons daily. Review and highlight major error categories to the relevant stakeholder for –fix/prevention.(includes COMET/NON-COMET/Metastorm).Finance & Projects:Inactive Account Closure ExerciseRecycling IMP Account ExerciseGST accounts alignment ExerciseAccount Archival ExerciseCMF DB ExtractionMonthly E-Billing ReportDevelop a high-performance service culture within the functional department.Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective functional department.Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.Conduct regular consultative reviews and appraisals with the team as required.Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly-skilled functional department.The incumbent will be managing 1 team member assisting in database analysis and updates + Onboarding activityThe position will be responsible to meet targets, compliance and quality whilst managing a motivated and cohesive team

Job Requirements:

Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience in data processing and administrative role.Strong analytical capability including expertise in spreadsheet (MS Excel).Compliance awareness.Possess Billing System Process and Business rule knowledge.Sound problem solving skills and eye for details.
