The MDM Junior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Service Now requests are resolved in a timely manner and according to policies and guidelines.
What you will do
Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance to guidelines and policies.
Identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities.
Adopts and complies with process excellence methodology (lean six sigma, MDI, change control).
Works closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders.
Maintains a quality focus culture within the team.
Responsible for preparing the relevant SOX controls.
Ensure efficient, timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Senior Supervisor, Internal Control or Audit.
Creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation.
Vendor and employee master data maintenance, creation/change of chart of accounts, intercompany vendors and customers maintenance, project codes and dir3 (electronic invoicing Spain).
What you need
Required:
•Fluency in English
•Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance/Business related subjects
•A combined professional experience of 1 year is required in the areas of finance master data: vendor, customer, items, employees, chart of accounts
Preferred:
•Lean or Six Sigma green/green belt
•Service Now or similar workflow management tooling
•ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS, SQL)
•Experience in a multinational or shared service center
