Job title: Master Data Lead – Quality & Performance

About the job

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the architecture and data modelling of the DataLab .

Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance frameworks local processes, and site systems.

Work experience with data analytics tools, data visualization (PowerBI and PowerApps), data sourcing (Snowflake, SP List, Power Automate), data processing (dbt) - Mandatory.

Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H) / LIMS – Optional.

Candidate should have strong development background in building tools for MDM, with good experience in coding.

Candidates from pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing site domains are preferred.

The role involves both development and operational responsibilities.

Experience with Microsoft tools like Power Automate and Azure is a plus.

Experience with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL is required.

About you:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years and 3+ years as Team leader in Master Data Management with knowledge of pharma industry (e.g., GxP). Work experience / educational background in supply chain mgmt. / logistics

Technical Skills Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance frameworks local processes, and site systems. Work experience with data analytics tools, data visualization (PowerBI and PowerApps), data sourcing (Snowflake, SP List, Power Automate), data processing (dbt) – Mandatory. Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H) / LIMS – Optional. Mandatory English, preferably languages for key markets (French) 

Soft skills: Lead and motivate the team to get better every day. Be a good communicator and leader to resolve ad-hoc issues. Strong willingness to learn
