Your responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for questions related to master data
Ensure that all performed changes are supported with required supporting documentation
Complete vendor set up and maintenance in a timely and accurate manner
Implementing changes in Master Data procedures
Handling of requestor queries
Analyzing of the problems(escalations) and active participation in solving them
Contacting requestors/departments in case of any problems
Creating /changing Customers
Changing in Credit Limit process
Preparing reports for IPACE controls
Preparing and analyzing documents for audit purposes
Help for other departments solving Master Data issues
Preparing trainings for new team members /back up
Our requirements:
Professional education (Economics, Finance and Accounting or related education)
Very good command of English (min. B2 level)
Experience in working with ERP systems
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of MS Office (in particular practical knowledge of MS Excel)
Analytical skills
Good communication skills
Optional:
Experience in Accounting
