Kforce has a client that is seeking a Master Data Governance Management Lead in Chesterfield, MO. Key Responsibilities: * Data Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of material, vendor and customer master datap; Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems; Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures * Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for data management; Collaborate with other departments to enhance data governance tools and systems; Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, finance, procurement, production, inventory management, and other departments to understand data requirements; Provide training and support to users on data governance processes and tools. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address data-related issues and initiatives * Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data governance; Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information; Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance * Project Management: Lead and participate in data governance projects and initiatives; Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for data-related projects; Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
