Position Summary:

The SAP Production Master Data Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining key manufacturing master data in SAP NSP to ensure the smooth flow of production, accurate material planning, capacity scheduling, and costing. This is a hands-on and detail-oriented role that supports the heart of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities and End Results:

Create and maintain master data such as Supply Areas, Resources (machines, molds), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Recipes in SAP.

Build and update Line Clearance Profiles, Resource Networks, and Production Versions used in planning and execution.

Ensure that master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with production, planning, and costing needs.

Support new product setups, mold serialization, shot counter creation, and mold classification.

Maintain structure and accuracy across production operations by ensuring SAP flags, scrap logic, and backflush settings are correctly set.

Coordinate with planning, engineering, and toolroom teams to gather accurate input for each setup.

Follow all SAP T-Codes and work instructions for data entry, audits, and modifications.

Work with planners to ensure that machines, molds, and materials are assigned correctly for each product.

Help resolve master data issues that block production or affect capacity.

Ensure production recipes reflect real-time conditions, including run rates, operator content, efficiency, and machine/labor requirements.

Update and copy master data based on similar parts to speed up creation and reduce errors.

Support process audits and site go-lives with accurate and tested data.

Comply with data governance, quality standards, and change control processes.

Job Specifications:

Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments.

Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP or similar.

Attention to detail and interest in data entry, system setup, and structured workflows.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow clear instructions and processes.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (tables, basic formulas).

English: Intermediate or higher (reading and writing in a technical environment).

A technical or business-related diploma or degree preferred (can be in progress).

Team spirit, reliability, and curiosity to understand how production systems work.
