Master Data Analyst

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Master Data Analyst.
**What you’ll do:**
**Job Summary**
Maintain full updates into CRM system (SAP) as well as any customer request related with new customers, sold-to settings, ship-to settings, lead times, obsolete parts and some invoicing activities.
**Job Responsibilities**
A. Review contract updates
B. Attend mail box for customer request related with modified accounts and sold-to/ship-to adjustements
C. Review and release invoicing activities for preventive maintenance
D. Update projects individual projects assigned by Functional Manager
E. Create and close tickets for requests related with modified accounts trought Sales Force tool
F. Follow up for service request in regards of new accounts to be set up
G. Able/Unable accounts into CRM (SAP)
H. Assure to block obsolete parts reported
I. Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution
J. Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow
K. Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests
L. Correct assignment for other Divisions request
M. Portal webs maintenance
N. Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.
**Qualifications:**
**Education level required**
• Bachelor degree necessary.
**Years and area of experience required**
• Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience
**Technical knowledge**
• Knowledge of CRM software and SAP
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Oracle (if better)
• Ability to speak, read, listen an write in English
