What You Can Expect

The Master Data Cash Application Sr Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely data entry in the Cash Application system - HighRadius, maintaining the integrity of financial master data, and supporting end-to-end accounts receivable operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing cash flow, minimizing unapplied cash, and ensuring accurate reporting. The analyst also maintains high-quality customer and bank master data records, adhering to company policies and internal controls.

How You'll Create Impact

The Master Data Cash Application Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and management of master data in the Cash Application System.  Compliance with business standards and procedures, as well as work to continuously improve data standards, quality, reporting, and processes that include input, change functions, auditing, and data cleansing.

•            Coordinate and execute master data creation, updates, and analysis in High Radius.

•            Monitor data accuracy, validity, and completeness, and correct as required

•            Accurately update customer payments information in High Radius (wire transfers, checks, ACH, credit cards) to the appropriate automated cash application process

•            Act as a key contact for problem resolution and initiate data corrective actions based on performing/reporting data audit analysis

•            Communicate with internal departments and customers to clarify payment discrepancies

•            Ensure master data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations

•            Monitor and maintain the unapplied cash log and follow up on outstanding the outstanding payment exceptions root cause to improve the number of transactions processed automatically

Your Background

•            Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

•            At least 2 years of experience in a in cash application, accounts receivable, or master data management

•            Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

•            Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

•            Knowledge of internal controls and compliance (SOX experience is a plus)

•            Previous experience in projects related to system migrations, new system implementations or system configurations is a plus.
