**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** Master Data Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our team. As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, while providing exceptional customer service and insights to drive business growth. About the Role: As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: -Overseeing and maintaining master data across various ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP, Jira and Evolve. -Handling customer inquiries and working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize master data needs. -Conducting regular data checks in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. -Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations, while maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes. -Processing customer requests from various departments within the company in a timely manner, ensuring that all requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Required technical and professional expertise** '-Bachelor’s degree in finance or related -Proven experience in Financial systems or a similar finance role -Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, SAP and Jira. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines -Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
