You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.
How you will contribute
You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

Main responsibilities:
This role drives continuous improvement in data processes, enhancing data quality, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization to establish a streamlined process that ensures accuracy, consistency and integrity data adheres to governance policies and making Master Data readily available and structured for analysis, leveraging Al for data-driven decisions contributing to the organization's strategic goal of gaining a competitive advantage. This role involves collaborating with the business process owners to assist data collection, management, reporting and analysis to ensure effective business operation.
Data Governance: Execute Data Governance and sustainability initiatives with various functions.Demonstrate knowledge of critical DM practices and ways of working to deliver business outcomes aligned with the MasterData governance strategy.Assist in applying and implementing data standards, guidelines, and ownership, ensuring data quality and compliance.Data Management Operation: Validate requests for domain-specific Master Data Operations, including creation, extension, and changes, and liaise between these requests and the back office to ensure high performance in the process.Maintain and improve key performance indicators (TAT,SLA, Data, Quality,-KRIs.etc.) and collaborate with others business areas to identify and resolve issues or gaps in the process flow.Add value to the MasterData business operation and ensure end-to-end MasterData commitments are met within Mondelez.Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as primary contact for business functions, data owners and data consumers, ensuring smooth end-to-end Master Data flow processes.Strategic Planning: Strategically drive and support business projects, promoting digitization adoption. Assist in applying and implementing data standards, guidelines, and ownership, ensuring data quality and compliance.Main Competences:
