**Digital Customer Engagement Internship (2 Months, Full-time)**
**Initiative Overview**
This internship focuses on evaluating and optimizing our digital customer engagement strategy across key channels, our HCP website, 1:1 and 1-to-many emails, and omnichannel campaign planning tools. The goal is to benchmark our current approach, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend quick wins and strategic improvements to enhance customer experience and business impact.
**Internship Focus**
+ **Strategy and Execution Review:** Assess effectiveness of digital campaigns and omnichannel execution across website and email.
+ **Channel Performance Analysis:** Analyze user journeys, personalization, and KPIs for the HCP website; assess segmentation, automation, and GEN AI-based content adaptation for email.
+ **Process Automation and Simplification:** Identify processes suitable for automation to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
+ **Content Innovation:** Review current content production and propose approaches to tailor content (e.g., via GEN AI).
+ **Customer Experience & Personalization:** Evaluate digital user experience and make recommendations for scalable personalization.
+ **Activity and Engagement:** Track engagement trends and highlight how digital channels enable competitive customer interactions, pre- and post-rep engagement.
+ **External Benchmarking:** Compare with pharma and cross-industry best practices to inform recommendations.
