THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The MarTech Solution Architect is a highly skilled technical resource who is an innovative thinker and is able to envision how technology can be leveraged to solve complex business problems and will build and deliver large scale digital marketing transformations. This role will define the strategy, roadmap and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT. YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THIS BY: Data Architecture Design: Design, implement, and maintain a robust data architecture to support MarTech platforms, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Develop and optimize data models for audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration. Define data governance and security practices to ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Design and implement scalable, performant, and cost-effective data architectures leveraging cloud-native services (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse). Integration & Enablement: Lead the integration of MarTech platforms, including CRMs, CDPs, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems. Establish data pipelines and workflows for real-time data activation and customer insights. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to implement APIs, ETL processes, and cloud data infrastructure. Integration Strategy & Design: Define integration strategies, including APIs, data / event streaming, and ETL processes, ensuring seamless connectivity. Develop scalable and reusable integration frameworks to support organizational growth. Ensure integrations comply with data privacy and security standards. Development & Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of integrations using various methods, including APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL processes, message queues, and other integration technologies. Develop and maintain custom integrations and extensions for Adobe Experience Cloud components. Ensure data quality and consistency across all integrated systems through data validation and transformation processes. Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve integration issues. Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Stay current with advancements in MarTech tools and recommend solutions to improve marketing capabilities. Evaluate and onboard new technologies that align with business objectives and technical needs. Act as a subject matter expert in MarTech data architecture and strategy within the organization. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and IT to align technical architecture with business goals. Provide technical mentorship and training to team members on MarTech systems and data management best practices. Performance & Monitoring: Establish monitoring and logging solutions to ensure integration health and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in real-time. Continuously optimize integration workflows for efficiency and reliability. Security & Compliance: Ensure all integrations adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive customer data. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM or marketing field 7+ years of overall experience in information technology including 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on MarTech systems and integrations. Strong knowledge of AEP components, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Identity Service, and Activation workflows. Proficient in API development, RESTful services, and JSON. Experience with tools and platforms like MuleSoft, Talend, or similar integration frameworks. Familiarity with data modeling, schema creation, and ETL pipelines within AEP. Expertise in authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML) and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in relevant MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Salesforce certifications). Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing tools like Kafka or Snowflake. Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in marketing. #LI-KJ1 #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $170,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
