Marsh McLennan Graduate Development Program (Warsaw), Program Starts – October 2025

Are you a graduate or a final-year student looking for your first professional experience?

Would you like to learn how to advise clients on employee benefits and develop your skills in a supportive environment?

We are looking for 2 motivated individuals to join the first edition of a joint graduate program for Mercer and Marsh.

Starting your journey with Marsh McLennan, you will have the opportunity to learn about our business, industry sector, and our standards of client service. This is a great chance to build your professional network and gain practical experience.

In our program, you will:

Develop your skills with guidance from experienced professionals in Employee Health & Benefits, one of our key business areas, through a rotational program—spending 9 months in each team.Participate in tailored training and meaningful projects that support your growth.Receive mentorship and support, along with regular feedback and advice.Work closely with colleagues to prepare data, presentations, and reports for clients, as well as gather information, create translations, and compare offers.Learn how to work effectively with clients and insurers from different sectors and organizational sizes.Have the opportunity to prepare for a state examination for insurance brokers, if you choose.

This program is ideal if you:

Are interested in insurance and risk management and eager to start your career as an insurance broker.Are available for at least 32 hours per week.Speak Polish fluently and have at least a B2 level in English.Are a recent graduate or student in fields such as management, economics, finance, law, English/Polish philology, or related areas.Can manage your time effectively and pay attention to detail.Are collaborative, proactive, and motivated by new challenges.

How does the recruitment process work?
