Join us! **Job Description:** This role will be responsible for providing operational support for securities, loans, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter derivatives across multiple lines of business through the lifecycle of a trade. Key responsibilities include handling trading and operational activities before deadlines, maintaining internal systems and providing operational support to internal partners. Job expectations include maintaining a high degree of accuracy with customers and data to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. In addition, this position will act inBrazil Equities Operations team, performing post trade process, against clients and clearing house (allocation monitoring; confirmation; margin call management; trade settlement, Stock Loan trades processing, corporate action identification and management on clients position, System processing (closing, opening), System testing, new product analysis and discussion; **Responsibilities:** + Ensures transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner; + Provides operational support for one or more activities within the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, trade settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral management; + Conducts daily monitoring of client trading activity across multiple markets, servicing clients' needs Completes accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties, including reconciliation management and governance of trade fails and breaks; + Discuss and define requirements for new products requested by Front Office; + Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environment; + Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner + Front Desk support requires significant knowledge and sense of urgency to attend timely, with accuracy and high quality all different demands it can be requested; + Serve as a Operations Equities team member contributing to daily BAU production work through the completion of responsible daily activities; + Contribute to reducing risks and driving operational excellence in the operations equities space including but not limited to: Initiatives involving automation & streamlining of processes to reduce time spend and improve the overall trade processing and client (internal, or external) support experience ; Deep dive analysis of daily routines and related processes to identify issues and areas of improvement. **Skills:** + Collaboration; + Customer and Client Focus; + Prioritization; + Adaptability; + Business Acumen; + Client Management; + Data Collection and Entry; + Active Listening; + Strong communication skills (written and verbal); + Fluent English written and oral communication; + Advanced Excel experience; + Good understanding of Brazilian Equities products; + Previous experience in Operations or other correlated areas; + PQO BackOffice Certificate; + Demonstrated ability to problem solve; + Ability to work under pressure in a team environment; + Candidate will be required to meet tight deadlines and know when to escalate; + Strong focus on attention to detail; + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks; + Demonstrated ability/willingness to continuously learn on the job.
