An experienced leader for our Operations Excellence group, responsible for managing client onboarding lifecycle events to deliver value for our business, customers and end users. You will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Financial or Asset Services in addition to Capital Markets products. You will report to the NA Product Manager and work closely with the Market Operations’ business teams, Technology, Business Risk Management and Compliance. Your ability to take initiative, exercise independent thinking, juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines will be key in this fast-paced environment. The Markets Operations Excellence team is seeking a Vice President role with strong product development, product life cycle management, process re-engineering and business analysis skills for the development and support of services and product offerings within the account /portfolio onboarding data and life cycle management area. This qualified individual will develop and deliver products, business solutions, and strategies aligned with our Markets onboarding and data integrations with downstream consumers. The client onboarding lifecycle involves 1) New account /portfolio onboarding 2) Managing portfolio life cycle events and 3) Static data maintenance. This role will focus on driving front, middle, and back-office service innovations that support and streamline end-to-end integration, servicing, and interoperability for our Markets clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Markets and Financing Operations Product Owner you will be responsible for
Product Manager for assigned projects, including scope management, delivery timelines and risks/ issues/ dependencies management
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, client success, risk and operations, to ensure a unified approach to product delivery
Creation of business process flows and defining the business problem, solution design using various tools such as Visio, ARIS etc.
Review end-to-end process for efficiency opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints, avoid bottlenecks, and enhance controls, providing streamlined solution
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, engaging with stakeholders to validate needs
Identify and benchmark KPIs and KRIs before and after milestone deliverables
Actively manage the definition and delivery of target dates of project milestones so that deadlines are understood, met and projects remain on target
Coordinate cross-project activities working with multiple stakeholder groups
Identify, report and escalate issues, risks and challenges. Manage and mitigate delays with project team and stakeholders. Drive issues and risks resolution, decision-making on a path to green
Liaise between internal workstreams and stakeholder groups to drive consensus on project plans, status, and issues/ risk tracking
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that product features meet business requirements and ensure successful releases
Support special initiatives, including market product research and strategic projects, contributing to long-term product growth
Demonstrate the ability to lead teams without direct management authority, influencing outcomes through collaboration and vision
Reference Data product experience with portfolio, entity and other reference data using workflow tools, configuration, business rules for event driven processes
Possess strong knowledge of front-to-back investment management/ investment services processes and various asset classes
Communicate project and program status updates to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis and ad hoc as required

Education & Preferred Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in Financial or Asset Services project/program management driving high impact and cross-functional initiatives; managing projects across cross-functional stakeholder groups, business units and global teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Technology or equivalent
Knowledgeable about risks and controls/controls design frameworks
Understanding of the Institutional marketplace and the various asset classes and investment product offerings
PMP, Prince 2, Agile- Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, Change Management is a plus
