Marketplace Operations Manager, EMEA Grocery & Retail Central Operations
**About the Role** The EMEA Grocery & Retail business is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a talented Marketplace Operations Manager to join our Central Operations team. Our team is dedicated to driving growth and operational excellence across EMEA with a focus on 11 emerging RoEMEA markets, ensuring best-in-class experiences for customers, merchants, and earners. As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in owning marketplace health and product launch workstreams - forming the operational backbone of our regional growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Fraud, Strategy, and Local Ops to ensure our marketplace is reliable, efficient, and built to scale. **What You'll Do** - **Marketplace Health & Fraud Ownership**: Drive marketplace health and fraud mangement through monitoring, strategic rule design, and targeted interventions - leading and execution initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost through data-led problem solving. - **Supporting Demand and Growth**: Deliver high-impact analysis and scaled operational solutions to support dynamic demand initiatives (CPT/EF). - **Product Champion and own GTM**: Represent all the RoEMEA markets and capture local nuance to incorporate into the wider strategic view. Own the rollout and adoption of key product launches, ensuring readiness, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment. **What You'll Need** - **3+ years** of professional work experience in a related field (business operations, tech, analytics, consulting, banking, etc.) - **Project Management:** Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, plan and prioritize work streams across multiple projects and complete tasks with a high attention to detail - **Problem Solving:** Ability to break down ambiguous problems by applying structure and using data-driven insights to solve them **Preferred Qualifications** - **Analytical Mindset**: Experience working with complex datasets using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) to derive insights, validate real-world observations, and synthesize recommendations - **Scaling Operational Processes**: Experience designing and scaling operational processes (performance, regulatory and/or compliance processes are a plus) - **Demonstrated Excellence in Stakeholder Management:** Background in cross-functional program execution or central operations leadership is a plus as you will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders from multiple different functions We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
