Why is this role important to Field Nation? The Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Provider activities, including marketplace Provider and Service Company verification, Berbix identity verification, and onboarding. Key to this role is being able to remove barriers for new Providers and make recommendations to remove friction during the onboarding experience. Responsibilities include handling marketplace provider cases and queues and assisting new Providers and Service Companies with quickly and seamlessly onboarding onto Field Nation. The Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator must be able to clearly identify friction in the onboarding experience and remove blockers, accelerate user adoption through advising Providers on product features. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must.
