Marketplace Global Account Manager

What you'll do:

As a Marketplace Global Account Manager, your core responsibility is to serve as the primary global point of contact for Geotab's most strategic Marketplace partners, building and nurturing strong relationships at all levels, including the C-suite. You will drive partner success by orchestrating their experience within Geotab, leading collaborative planning, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives across various internal teams. You will work closely with Geotab’s Marketplace, Support, Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as executive leadership and key stakeholders within our global Marketplace Partner organizations.

To succeed, you'll need exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset. Experience managing complex, global partnerships and a strong understanding of international business practices are crucial for achieving mutual long-term growth and ensuring partner satisfaction.

How you'll make an impact:

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned complex, global Marketplace Partners, establishing and nurturing strong relationships at all levels. 

Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships within Partner organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Orchestrate the Partner experience by guiding them through Geotab’s global priorities and overarching company goals, seamlessly navigating across various segments, teams, and regions.

Act as central coordinator across all relevant Geotab Teams (i.e. Marketplace, Support, Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and support seamless execution for the Marketplace Partner initiative(s).

Accountability for collaborative planning, setting clear expectations and ensuring adherence from both Geotab and the Partner teams on a global scale.

Proactively monitor for global trends, identify critical issues, and uncover strategic opportunities for mutual growth.

Lead and drive all aspects of contract negotiations and execution on a global scale.

What you'll bring to the role:

8-10 years of experience in a sales, business development, sales enablement, or account management role.

Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Business, Commerce, or related dicipline. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted.

Experience with 3rd party channel sales.

Experience managing global partnerships or international sales/account management.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. A passport is required.
